We are reaching out with exciting news about Dining on the Ocean Floor. After 5 wonderful years, the Flying Apron is passing the torch to a new owner, Domenic Padula. We are thrilled that key partners and event staff remain with the experience through the transition, and know that Domenic has the energy and passion to not only deliver Dining on the Ocean Floor, but to grow the business with new and exciting ocean floor experiences.

Words can’t describe what the Dining on the Ocean Floor experience has meant for our business. We have met many wonderful guests from all over the continent and beyond, we’ve had the opportunity to showcase the best of Hants County on the world stage, and we’ve gone up and down the stone steps of Burntcoat Head Park a fantastic number of times. We are grateful to all of our staff, partners and especially the guests who have dined with us on the ocean floor.
