This Authentic Thai menu is an easy and delicious way to begin your journey to learning about the flavours and foods of Thailand.

This package includes: 2 Hands On Class Registrations, Dinner on Friday (in your class), Accommodations and Hot Breakfast on Saturday!
Hands On Authentic Thai Class Friday at 6:30pm

  • Tod Mun Pla – Spicy Fish Cakes with Dipping Sauce
  • Nua nam Tok – “Waterfall” Beef
  • Thai Basil & Cashew Noodle Salad
  • Kloug Tod – Fried Banana Fritters

Our hands-on classes offer you the opportunity to practice new skills as you cook alongside our Chef in a 3-hour class. Chef Chris leads the class and you work in pairs to prepare the feast. When you’re finished cooking you get to relax and enjoy a meal with your classmates. Recipes for the dishes made in the class are included. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class.

After your class, retire to your beautiful Inn room for the night. A hot, fresh breakfast is included!

Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
