The season of bountiful harvests is upon us. This overnight getaway package allows you to create a farm to fork meal!
This package includes: Ironwood Farm Tour, 2 Hands-on Class Registrations, Supper on Saturday (in your class), Accommodations & Breakfast!

Before your class, you will head over to our partner farm Ironwood Farm with Chef Chris to enjoy a farm tour and to pick up the tomatoes and blueberries for the class.

Return to our Cookery School, don your apron and create this delicious, seasonal menu featuring ripe and tasty tomatoes & blueberries:
• Charred Tomato Piadina with Prosciutto and Balsamic Reduction
• Pan-seared Halibut with Blue Tomato Salsa and Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables
• Lime Panna Cotta with Blueberry Compote
Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class. After your class, retire to your beautiful Inn room for the night. A hot, fresh breakfast is included!

Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
