Easter Braided Breads with Jess Ross of Gold Island Bakery

Specialty Class $80 +HST/per person

In this class you’ll Learn the magic of braided bread for your Easter celebrations. Together we will make a beautiful spring and Easter loaf- an egg washed, spelt based seasoned raisin bread. We will go over bread braiding technique and make this delicious loaf together.

Prerequisite: You have baked a loaf of bread before.

Note: this class will not include a full meal; however Flying Apron Soup will be served with bread & cheese!
Our Beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class.
