Fermenting Basics with Seven Acres Farm & Ferments

Learn the essentials and more of specialty sauerkraut and fermented salt-brined vegetable making, and make 2 of your own to take home with you! In this Specialty Class, Jocelyn of Seven Acres Farm & Ferments will introduce you to the magical world of fermented vegetables and walk you through creating your own.

This Class includes: Recipes, ingredients, jars, and samples to taste test, as well as lots of time for discussion. Please note this class does not include a meal. The Flying Apron will be open starting at 10am if you would like to enjoy Brunch before your Class.

Our Beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class.

Make it a Culinary Getaway and spend the night in our beautiful Inn! A hot breakfast in our restaurant is included.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students.
