Festival of Honey **Package**


Local honey stars in our Festival of Honey Package that coincides with the Honey Harvest Festival at Newport Landing on Saturday from 10-4.
Friday, September 13th – Saturday, September 14th
Hands-on Class & Accommodations Package: $355+HST/2 ppl
This package includes: 2 Hands-on Class Registrations, Dinner on Friday (in your class), Accommodations and Breakfast!
Honey Hands-on Class Friday at 6:30 pm
You will use local honey to create each course of this amazing meal:
• Burrata Cheese with Walnuts, Warm Plums & Honey
• Roasted Chicken with Honey & Peaches
• Almond Rice
• Apple Tart with Rosemary & Honey Syrup
• Includes a jar of Flying Apron honey to take home
Our hands-on classes offer you the opportunity to practice new skills as you cook alongside our Chef in a 3-hour class. Chef Chris leads the class and you work in pairs to prepare the feast. When you’re finished cooking you get to relax and enjoy a meal with your classmates. Recipes for the dishes made in the class are included. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class.
After your class, retire to your beautiful Inn room for the night. A hot, fresh breakfast is included!

Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
