Hands On Class Saturday January 25th 11-3 pm
Learn to make three types of pasta in this popular hands-on class with our Chef Chris at your side. And this delicious menu may just make Pasta Making your new favourite Hobby.
- Basic Pasta Dough
- Lobster and Orange Zest Stuffed Ravioli with Sherry Cream
- Black Pepper Fettuccini tossed with Mushrooms, Bacon and Cabbage
- Orecchiette Pasta (An Eggless Dough) with Tomato Basil & Ricotta
- Italian Lemon Cake will be served (recipe will be provided)
Our hands-on classes offer you the opportunity to practice new skills as you cook alongside our Chef in a 3-hour class. Chef Chris leads the class and you work in pairs to prepare the feast. When you’re finished cooking you get to relax and enjoy a meal with your classmates. Recipes for the dishes made in the class are included. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class.
After your class, retire to your beautiful Inn room for the night. A hot, fresh breakfast is included!

Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
