Mercedes Brian of Pickled Pink Traditional Food and Drink will share 8 years of experience with making tasty, tangy, and healthy fermented sweetened black tea: kombucha! The class is hands-on with plenty of chances to learn through sampling, questions and discussion. You will go home with a gallon starter kombucha starter kit and the know-how to make unlimited amounts of flavoured probiotic sweet-tart fizzy kombucha.

*Note: A meal is not included with this class. If you’d like to eat before the class, The Flying Apron Cookery is open for Brunch from 10-3 on Sundays.
