Quick & Simple Suppers

Life is busy and finding fresh new recipes that don’t require a day’s worth of prep work can be challenging. In this class, Chef Chris will show you three Supper options that take less than 30 mins to bring together and are versatile to use with the ingredients you have on hand at home.
- Sausage, White Bean and Vegetable Stew with Fresh Baked Bread and Flavoured Butter
- Mediterranean Baked Haddock with Olives, Onion, Artichoke and Tomatoes with Roasted Lemon Potatoes
- Beef & Cashew Stir Fry with Rice Noodles
- Fruit Turnovers with Vanilla Ice Cream
In our demo classes you get to watch and learn from the Chef over 2 hours. Eat this delicious menu with your classmates during the demo and take home the recipes for the dishes made in the class.
Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students.
