Salmon Class & Tour Package


Saturday, September 8th – Sunday, September 9th
Hands-on Class, Tour & Accommodations Package: $350+HST/2 ppl
This package includes: A Guided Tour of the Sustainable Blue Fish Farm, 2 Hands-on Class Registrations, a whole salmon per couple to fillet and cook with (take the rest home!), Lunch on Saturday (in your class), Accommodations and Breakfast!
Salmon Farm Tour Saturday at 10:45:
We will leave The Flying Apron by 10:45 for your behind the scenes tour of the Sustainable Blue land-based fish farm.
Hands-on Class Saturday at 12:30:
First you will partner up and learn to break down a whole salmon under the guidance of Chef Chris. Then you will create 3 great dishes:
• Salmon Cakes with Sweet Chili
• Pan-seared Salmon with Citrus Dill Butter
• Risotto with Fresh Greens
• Luscious Lemon Tart will be served (recipe will be provided)
Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class. After your class, retire to your beautiful Inn room for the night. A hot, fresh breakfast is included!

Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
