Salmon Class & Tour **Package**

Friday, March 20st – Saturday, March 21st

Hands-on Class, Tour & Accommodations Package: $335+HST/2 ppl

This package includes: Friday Accommodations, Hot Fresh Breakfast on Saturday, Guided Tour of the Sustainable Blue Fish Farm on Saturday, 2 Hands-on Class Registrations, a whole salmon per couple to fillet and cook with (take the rest home!) and Lunch on Saturday (in your class)!

We will leave The Flying Apron by 10:45 for your behind the scenes tour.

Hands-on Class Saturday at 12:30

You will partner up and learn to break down a whole salmon, then create 3 great dishes:

  • Salmon Cakes with Sweet Chili
  • Pan-seared Salmon with Citrus Dill Butter
  • Risotto with Winter Greens
  • Luscious Lemon Tart will be served (recipe will be provided)

Our hands-on classes offer you the opportunity to practice new skills as you cook alongside our Chef in a 3-hour class. Chef Chris leads the class and you work in pairs to prepare the feast. When you’re finished cooking you get to relax and enjoy a meal with your classmates. Recipes for the dishes made in the class are included. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class.

Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
