Spice up your winter with this delicious Taste of Thailand cooking class & accommodations package.

Hands-on Class & Accommodations Package: $300+HST/2 ppl
This package includes: 2 Hands-on Class Registrations, Dinner on Saturday (in your class), Accommodations & Breakfast!
Taste of Thailand Class Saturday at 6:30 pm
This hands-on class offers a great menu of Thai-inspired recipes:
• Thai Coconut Fish Stew
• Laab-Spiced Meat with Chiles & Fresh Herbs over Sticky Rice
• Coconut & Cardamom Semolina Pudding
Our hands-on classes offer you the opportunity to practice new skills as you cook alongside our Chef in a 3-hour class. Chef Chris leads the class and you work in pairs to prepare the feast. When you’re finished cooking you get to relax and enjoy a meal with your classmates. Recipes for the dishes made in the class are included.
Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class. After your class, retire to your beautiful Inn room for the night. A hot, fresh breakfast is included!

Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
