Wild Mushrooms Demo Class *Package*

Demo Class & Accommodations Package: $260+HST/2 ppl

Forager Jonathan Newell of Newell’s Jewels Edibles will join Chef Chris for this delicious, seasonal mushroom class. This package includes: 2 Demo Class Registrations, Supper on Saturday (in your class), Accommodations & Breakfast!

Wild Mushroom Demo Class Saturday at 6:30 pm
Fresh mushrooms will be the star of this great, Fall menu:
• Garlic Butter Mushrooms with Lemon & Thyme, Fresh Baked Bread
• Wild Mushroom Risotto with Roma Cheese Co. Asiago
• Honey Drizzled Mushrooms with Goat Cheese & Candied Pecans

Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class. After your class, retire to your beautiful Inn room for the night. A hot, fresh breakfast is included!

Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
